lucky... chances are we Belgians lose our license and get a monster fine... especially in Dendermonde!

If I compare this to the Dutch law system, a Dutch person will lose his license and get a fine..
But a person from a different country will not lose his license (yet the fine will be like five times higher)

Maybe Belgium has similar laws, which prevent Dutch people from losing their license when visiting Belgium?

Yes, I saw your AE100 on YouTube - a great project! But why do not you put the 3sgte from the st-205 or caldina gt-t??? because the beams are good, but naturally aspirated engine will not let that crazy power like turbo engine!
I have a friend - FWD 101 levin 3sgte swap. with the brakes on the st205, drive and suspension ... 0-100 - 6 seconds! He put the box on the Celica - LSD!
At 402m it is a straight ahead gt-four!! Because the Corolla will always be easier celica st-205!
